What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products being digital items, refunds are not available after purchase.

I have purchased a digital or digitals, how do I access it/them?

Upon purchasing digitals, your digital file will be available to you in either an instant download or in a .PDF file with a link that takes you to your downloads. Your downloads will also be sent to your e-mail address on file.

• Are there tutorials available for using digital backdrop overlays?

Yes. If your digitals are delivered within a DropBox folder, please also check the folder for an included tutorial. If your file is a direct download, please check the listing description for a link to a tutorial. There are also numerous tutorials available on our YouTube Channel here - CTandRina Digitals YouTube. Our tutorials provide step-by-step instructions for using the products in Photoshop CC. These tutorials often cover topics such as layering, blending modes, and advanced editing techniques. ***Photoshop (or other editing software) knowledge is highly recommended*** ©CTandRina is not responsible for edits using our digitals not looking realistic, due to lack of experience of the user.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions for digital products?

Yes, we do offer discounts for our products. You can find Coupon Codes located at the top of the website. You can also save on your first order by signing up for our newsletter.

How do I use my discount code?

When checking out, there is a box that says "Discount code." Simply click on that box, type in your Valid coupon code and then click "Apply" to instantly apply the discount to your purchase.

Is there an expiration date for accessing or using the digital product(s)?

Once purchased and downloaded, we recommend saving your digital files to a safe space on your PC and/or external hardrive. ©CTandRina is not responsible for storing files or providing extended digital access to files.

Can I resell your digital products?

No, our digital products may not be resold IN PART or WHOLE as a product or for the use of attracting clients, however, backdrops which are edited and include a subject/person may ONLY be resold as a final image/product to the exisitng client. Examples: You may NOT use our Twinkle Light Photoshop Brushes to create your own overlays for resale. You may not add/alter our digitals and resell.

Can I resell digital backdrops to a client, after adding a subject/person?

Our digital backdrops are for composite use only and may only be resold as a final image with a person/subject added, to a current client.

Can I print this as a backdrop?

No. All of our listings are for digital use, only. We have a printing contract with ©Baby Dream Backdrops. If there is a backdrop that you are interested in getting in a printed form, please contact us.

Do you offer a license to print or resell?

No, not at this time.

Can I resell digital backdrops to a client, after adding a subject/person?
Our digital backdrops are for composite use only and may only be resold as a final image with a person/subject added, to a current client.

Can I advertise, using your digital products?
No. All of our digital products are for non-commercial use and can not be used to advertise.

Can I share or transfer the digital product with another person?

No, this is infringement of copyright. If you are using our digitals with an editor, they will also need to purchase the digital product.
